Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at entry, excluding residents of New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. Sponsor’s employees, contractors, and immediate household members are ineligible.
Each weekday giveaway begins when the applicable giveaway post is published at approximately 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and closes at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time that day. Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeper.
During the entry period, directly comment on and repost the applicable original giveaway post from @labs_vanguard. Both actions are required. One entry per person and X account per giveaway. Likes are not considered. Multiple accounts, duplicate entries, automated entries, and entries unavailable to Sponsor because of account privacy or X filtering may be disqualified. No purchase or payment is required.
The post identifies the promotional value for that day. The winner receives a single-use Stripe promotional code for that dollar value. It may be applied toward any eligible product or combination of products available at vanguardperform.com, not only the featured test(s). It cannot be combined with affiliate or other promotional codes, has no cash value, is nontransferable, and expires 60 days after issue. Any amount above the code value and any applicable taxes or fees are the winner’s responsibility.
After the entry period closes, Sponsor will use a computerized random process to choose one winner from the unique X accounts that completed both required actions. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
By entering, entrants consent to receive one automated direct message from Sponsor if selected, plus messages reasonably necessary to deliver the prize. Entrants also authorize Sponsor to publicly announce the selected winner by quote-posting the original giveaway post and including the winner’s X handle. Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner by X direct message. If direct messages are unavailable, Sponsor may publicly reply to the winner’s entry asking the winner to enable direct messages or follow @labs_vanguard. Failure to make contact or establish eligibility may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical failure, platform outage, legal requirements, or another factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify entrants who tamper with the process or violate these rules or X’s rules. The winner is responsible for determining whether a selected lab test is appropriate and available in the winner’s location.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. Entrants release X Corp. from liability arising from the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor uses public X account and entry information only to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, deliver the prize, prevent abuse, and maintain an audit record. Questions may be sent to info@vanguardperform.com.
To the extent permitted by law, these rules are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Claims must be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
